Pantex grew out of a company which had started in the early 1900s, scouring, carbonising and combing wool, as well as collecting, sorting, garnetting and reprocessing wool wastes from combing, spinning and weaving.
The business moved in 1983 from Biella to its present mills in nearby Mongrando, where the company has centralised the sorting, cleaning, blending and opening of fibres.
Since 1985, Pantex has developed for markets in Italy and elsewhere in Europe a just-in-time service for the supply of tops, open tops, scoured wool and carbonised wool on all the fineness range.
Pantex S,p.A. is member of the Italian Wool Trade Association since 1977.
The company's mission, backed by years of Pan-Textile experience, is to offer the highest possible quality of products and service.
